New Patients at Cornerstone Chiropractic
We look forward to welcoming you to Cornerstone Chiropractic! After booking your appointment, we will send you a link so you may complete your new patient paperwork online before your visit.
Since we’ll be taking X-rays, we recommend not wearing metal or jewelry. In addition, please don’t drink anything with caffeine within two hours of your appointment, as this can affect your nervous system scans.
Your First Visit
When you arrive, we’ll greet you and help with any paperwork if you haven’t completed it beforehand. We’ll take you on a quick tour of the office, and then you’ll sit down with your chiropractor for an in-depth conversation about your medical history and what has brought you to our office.
Next, we’ll conduct a thorough examination, including postural and foot scans, CLA INSiGHT™ assessments (thermal, muscle and heart rate variability), and digital X-rays. This comprehensive consultation and exam takes about 45 minutes to one hour.
Your Second Visit
At this visit, we’ll go over all of our findings from your evaluations and explain the underlying cause of the symptoms you’ve been experiencing. We’ll lay out our recommendations for care and your financial options and answer your questions. If you’re ready to start with care, you’ll receive your first adjustment at this visit. This visit is also approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
What to Expect: Ongoing Visits
Your regular adjustment visits are typically about 10-15 minutes. We will do periodic re-scans to monitor your progress, and these visits will be a bit longer. At the end of your initial care plan, we will take a second set of X-rays to compare with the first. You’ll be able to see the changes to your spinal structure objectively.
